Schneider National in Minnesota seeks dedicated drivers to haul building materials on flatbed trailers within 200 miles of Monticello. You’ll unload freight with moffetts and deliver to homeowners, job sites and businesses.

Schedule is Monday–Saturday starting at 05:30 with 5–6 loads per week and multiple stop-offs. Benefits include medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, sign-on bonuses ($10k for experienced, $5k for inexperienced), paid orientation and PTO.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
