Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL-A drivers for dedicated routes around Rochester, MN. You will haul building materials on flatbeds and unload with moffetts, with a schedule that includes Monday–Saturday starts at 05:30 and home time reliability.

The role offers weekly performance pay, sign-on bonuses, orientation pay, PTO after 6 months, and an annual bonus up to 2% of gross pay. Benefits include health, 401(k) with match, and generous military programs.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
