Job summary

DLM Pro is hiring a CDL-A driver in Connecticut for a local shuttle role with daily home time and no-touch freight. You will shuttle refrigerated grocery freight between distribution facilities and relay yards on a dedicated account with year‑round work.

Expected duties include 5–10 shuttle runs daily (minimum 3), occasional store deliveries/backhauls, and ensuring safety through pre/post-trip inspections. Uniforms provided; stable career with modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack when needed.
• Strong safety record.
• Professional and dependable work ethic.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle operations for refrigerated grocery freight.
• Haul frozen grocery products in refrigerated trailers.
• No-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
• Average 5 to 10 shuttle runs per day; minimum 3 daily.
• Store transfers and local backhaul pickups may be required.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain equipment.
