R-2 Contractors in Arizona seeks a dependable CDL-A Driver to support construction operations across AZ or OTR. This driving role keeps you home regularly and involves transporting heavy equipment to project sites with occasional OTR trips.

The candidate must hold a valid Class A CDL with a medical card, have experience hauling heavy equipment, and pass pre-employment screenings. A safety-focused attitude and ability to work with project teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and Medical card.
• Experience hauling heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport heavy construction equipment and materials to and from Arizona job sites.
• Operate CDL-class vehicles, including lowboy trailers, dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy-haul equipment.
• Assist field crews as needed at project locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
• Load, secure, and transport equipment in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation requirements.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
