Performance Foodservice is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to support our food service distribution network in Commerce City, CO. This role involves driving tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, with a strong emphasis on safety, timely deliveries, and customer relations.

The position offers competitive pay with a first-year earnings range of approximately $83,000 to $125,000, comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors, and coworkers professionally and timely.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and DOT inspections; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company driving policies.
• Deliver customer orders on prescribed routes and obtain signatures.
• Unload products and help with loads as required.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly; maintain logs per DOT/state rules.
