Job summary

Sysco is seeking an Operations supervisor responsible for directing Delivery staff, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA), and high-quality customer service across routes.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, asset utilization, coordinating with Safety and Sales teams, and addressing delivery challenges at customer locations. Occasional travel to other operating companies may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• 2–4 year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations.
• Manages labor hours and supplies within budget; schedules as needed.
• Collaborates with Safety and Sales to address delivery issues.
