Job summary

Sysco Montana is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the Delivery team, ensuring safe, efficient service and compliance with DOT/OSHA regulations. You will manage schedules, labor hours, assets, and budgets while coordinating with Sales and Marketing to resolve customer issues.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and integrity in enforcing company policies, with daily interactions across departments and with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience acceptable.
• Preferred 2- or 4-year degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• 1-3 years of delivery/operations experience.
• Defensive driving certification or ability to obtain.
• CDL-A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery associates and safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA) and accurate logs.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Prepare work schedules including extra shifts.
• Oversee asset usage and coordinate repairs.
• Review productivity and implement efficiency improvements.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to resolve issues.
• Visit customer locations to address delivery issues.
