Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• College degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of Delivery Associates and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensures compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulatory requirements; maintains logs.
• Manages labor hours, schedules, and budgetable consumables for the delivery department.
• Coordinates with Sales, Marketing and Safety for issues and improvements.
• Maintains associate relations through regular meetings and open communication.
• Supports training, investigations and accident reporting with Safety department.
