Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a driver to deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, while handling freight and paperwork. You will ensure hazmat shipping papers are accurate per DOT regulations and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.

The role requires a valid CDL (A or B), a hazmat endorsement (or within 60 days of hire), and a clean driving record with no major violations in two years. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds is also needed.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement either already held or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions or moving violations in past 2 years.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with ~10–12 stops per day, handling freight and completing paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered/picked up products.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and initiate repairs or service.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
