Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-A delivery driver to join our Wisconsin team. You will operate a tractor-trailer or straight truck to deliver food and related products to customers, while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no overnights or weekends. Training pay starts at $29.70/hour, with competitive benefits starting day one and earning potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• CDL-A is required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally.
• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on various routes delivering food products.
• Unload products and verify delivery with customer signatures.
• Complete required paperwork and hours-of-service records.
