Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers to service independent restaurants and institutions in Wisconsin and Superior. You will join a route-based delivery team with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Starting with a guaranteed $320 per day, drivers earn additional pay based on cases, miles, and stops. Average annual earnings are around $100,000. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with terms applying to eligibility.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Deliver and unload products to customers on a predetermined route.
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payments when required.
• Ensure trailer and freight are secured and paperwork is completed accurately.
