Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-A delivery drivers based in Wisconsin to support our foodservice distribution network. You will deliver and unload orders, maintaining on-time performance while upholding safety and customer service excellence.

Roles include a 9 PM start, 4-day work week, and competitive pay with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new entrants. Comprehensive benefits begin Day 1, with growth opportunities across the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR in past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to obtain one.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products to customers on schedule.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and follow DOT regulations.
• Maintain safety standards and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers professionally.
• Secure loads and ensure trailer and equipment are properly locked.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and returning goods as needed.
