Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking an experienced CDL‑A driver for routes based in Oak Creek, WI. You will operate tractor trailer or straight trucks, ensuring timely deliveries and safe handling of food products.

The role offers day or night shifts, a $7,500 sign‑on bonus after training, and competitive benefits. First‑year earnings can exceed $85K with training progression and OT where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience preferred.
• Valid CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.
• Pass road test and obtain DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver/ unload food products.
• Communicate professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Perform pre/post trip safety checks and DOT inspections.
• Verify delivery items and obtain customer signatures.
