Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of tractor-trailer driving school accepted in lieu of or in addition to high school diploma.
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hazmat guidelines; ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Aufgaben

• Safely transports product from warehouse to customer locations on a timely basis according to route and customer specifications.
• Completes all required paperwork per DOT and company guidelines; ensures invoices align with bill of ladings.
• Maintains food safety standards, proper temperatures, and uses approved safety procedures.
• Communicates deviations to management regarding routes or loading issues.
• Operates tractor-trailer units and related equipment; adheres to schedules and maintains regular attendance.
