Job summary

Schneider National is seeking truck drivers for intermodal operations. The role involves hauling containers attached to company-owned chassis with 99% no-touch freight and 80% drop-and-hook. You will operate in and out of railyards across DE, MD, PA, VA and WV, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualified candidates have a valid Class A CDL; tanker and HazMat endorsements are preferred. Live within 100 miles of Chambersburg, PA to support local orientation and benefits eligibility.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.
