Job summary

Mast Trucking, Inc. in Millersburg, OH is seeking an experienced CDL Instructor to train new drivers and uphold safety and professionalism. You will use your behind-the-wheel experience to prepare trainees for successful careers, not just to pass a test.

As an instructor, you will coach students in backing, maneuvering, road driving, and defensive techniques, providing real-time feedback and fostering growth into safe, capable drivers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 3 years of experience with Class A tractor trailers

• Reefer experience preferred

• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• No DUIs in the past 5 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and background check
