Mast Trucking, Inc. is hiring an Instructor to train new CDL students and prepare them for professional driving careers. You will coach learners, model safe driving, and adapt to varied experience levels while supporting ongoing program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate trainee progress and identify areas needing additional coaching.
• Partner with fellow instructors to continually improve our training program.
