Responsibilities

• Train new CDL students in backing, maneuvering, road driving, and defensive driving techniques.
• Provide real-time coaching with clear, respectful, and constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate safe driving habits and professional decision-making every day.
• Adapt teaching style to meet different learning personalities and experience levels.
• Evaluate trainee progress and identify areas needing additional coaching.
• Partner with fellow instructors to continually improve our training program.
• Help develop confident, safety-focused professional drivers.
