Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking a heavy equipment operator to join our field crew. This temp-to-full-time role requires CDL A, strong safety discipline, and willingness to work swing shifts.

You will operate and maintain heavy equipment, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with supervisors. Some overnight travel may be required; benefits include medical, retirement, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some natural gas industry experience preferred.
• Willing to work all shifts, including swing shifts and weekends.
• Overnight out-of-town travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy or specialized equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure safety and proper PPE is used and DOT regulations followed.
• Communicate with supervisor throughout the job process.
• Drive CDL A vehicles and equipment as required.
• Assist with miscellaneous job-related duties.
