Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is seeking skilled personnel for heavy equipment operation and site support. Positions are temp to full-time and eligible for benefits. Ideal candidates will have some natural gas industry experience and be available for all shifts, with potential overnight stays.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring safety with DOT regulations. Candidates must hold a Class A CDL and be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL license.
• Experience operating heavy or specialized equipment.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., loader, excavator, dozer, backhoe, crane).
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Maintain equipment appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Communicate with foreman and coworkers to coordinate tasks.
• Be prepared for occasional overnight travel and weekend shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and assist with related labor duties as needed.
