Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking CDL-A graduates to begin a full-time regional driving career. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and transition to solo work with an assigned truck after successful completion of training.

Earn $850 per week during paid training and expect solo earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A and be a recent CDL school graduate.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record and meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Train with a paid mentor during paid training period.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight and support solo transition after training.
• Operate in regional fleet with an assigned truck after training.
• Access 24/7 dispatch support and rider/pet policy.
