Blue Ridge Haulers invites new CDL graduates to join the Eastern Regional Fleet for structured hands-on training with reliable home time and guaranteed weekly pay from day one. You’ll learn with a mentor, then transition to full solo pay after training.

Expect 4–6 weeks of practical training with an experienced trainer, a $300 orientation bonus on your first paycheck, and steady weekly earnings as you gain miles and experience.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older and holds a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Clean driving record meeting DOT and FMCSA standards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on pre-trip inspections, backing, and log accuracy during training.
• Structured mentor program to transition to solo driving.
