Blue Ridge Haulers in Kentucky offers an Eastern Regional Fleet designed for new CDL-A graduates. You’ll start with a structured mentor program before you ever run solo, with bi weekly home time and no-touch freight (drop and hook only).

24/7 dispatch supports you on the road. Training lasts 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced trainer, plus guaranteed weekly pay during training and a $300 orientation bonus on your first paycheck.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Structured mentor program before solo driving.
• Learn pre-trip inspections, backing, and log accuracy hands-on.
• Move to solo pay after training completion.
