Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking entry-level CDL A drivers to join our Eastern Regional Fleet. We pair recent CDL graduates with mentor drivers to build real-world confidence behind the wheel and earn pay from day one.

During training you’ll receive $850 per week, with 2,800–3,000 miles weekly and regional routes. After training you can expect 1,400–1,600+ earnings weekly, home time options, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program (≥120 hours).
• Safe driving record.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn and work safely with a mentor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight on regional routes.
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs.
• Follow company and federal safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
• Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time.
