Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a CDL-A Regional Flex Driver to support operations nationwide. Earn $40/hour straight-time pay, with $25 per diem for each night away from home and company-paid travel expenses including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.

Average weekly pay is $1,750 and average annual pay is $86,600, with potential to earn up to $104,000 annually. Roles may include no-touch freight, driver-assisted deliveries, unloading, and operation of different equipment; Hazmat endorsement

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement (training available within 60 days)
• Must create a profile with the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire
• Valid Class A CDL and 9 months tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years
• Minimum age 22 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years and no more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident

Job Details

• Support various customer operations and locations nationwide
• Cover routes within the assigned network and provide additional operational support as needed
• Work may include:
  • No-touch freight
  • Driver-assisted deliveries
  • Unloading
• Opportunity to operate different types of equipment
• Forklift experience preferred; training provided
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Hazmat endorsement
• Assistance available for Hazmat qualification within 60 days of hire
• Real ID or valid U.S. Passport required

Shift Details

• Flexible schedules and start times based on the operation being supported
• Drivers may be out for up to 5 weeks at a time
• Followed by approximately 1 week off
• Frequent travel required

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must create a profile with the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before hire
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records
• Must meet applicable DOT requirements
• Real ID or valid U.S. Passport
