Experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose how you want to be paid at Montgomery! Choose. Drive. Earn

With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

The holiday cheer doesn't stop here, we want to express our gratitude for the daily sacrifices, commitment, and hard work you put in to keep our business moving. For this reason, we are thrilled to continue our HAUL-iday Pay! We are committed to recognizing your dedication and hard work and understand how difficult it can be to be away from family.

Here's how it works:

1. HAUL-iday Pay: An extra .05 cents per LOADED miles during this time frame.
2. $10,000 Orientation Pay
3. Week 1 - $1,500
4. Week 2 - $1,200
5. 120 Day - $2,300
6. 180 Day - $5,000
7. Dates of Eligibility: 1/1/2025 to 3/31/2025.

Pay:

$.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase + an extra .05 cents per LOADED miles (1/1-3/31)

OR

Choose 27% of line haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

1. 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
2. Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
3. No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
4. No DUI in the past 10 years
5. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
