Montgomery Transport offers flexibility with various commodities and lanes, allowing you to select your preferred payment method: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers with steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with earnings of $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

Pay

• $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and an annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of line haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200; 2+ years = $1,300

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience within the past three years
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
