Benefits and Compensation:
- Flexible pay options: percentage of line haul or CPM (cents per mile).
- Steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time.
- Earn $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
- Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025):
- Pay options:
- $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay + $0.01 CPM tenure increase annually.
- OR 27% of line haul.
- Increased Weekly Minimum Pay:
- $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years experience.
- $1,300 for over 2 years experience.
- Orientation Pay (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025):
- $10,000 total, paid over 180 days:
- Week 1 = $1,500
- Week 2 = $1,200
- 120 Days = $2,300
- 180 Days = $5,000

Requirements:
- 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience.
- Flatbed experience within the last three years.
- No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No DUI in the past 10 years.
- Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
