Benefits and Compensation:

1. Flexible pay options: percentage of line haul or CPM (cents per mile).
2. Steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time.
3. Earn $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
4. Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025):
5. Pay options:
   • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay + $0.01 CPM tenure increase annually.
   • OR 27% of line haul.
6. Increased Weekly Minimum Pay:
   • $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years experience.
   • $1,300 for over 2 years experience.
7. Orientation Pay (valid from 5/12/2025 to 9/30/2025):
   • $10,000 total, paid over 180 days:
   • Week 1 = $1,500
   • Week 2 = $1,200
   • 120 Days = $2,300
   • 180 Days = $5,000
8. Additional Benefits:
   • Rental car or plane ticket for orientation, depending on domicile.

Requirements:

• 1 year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• Flatbed experience within the last three years.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
