Current Incentives (Valid through 9/30/2025):

• New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000, paid in the first 180 days:
• Week 1 = $1,500
• Week 2 = $1,200
• 120 Days = $2,300
• 180 Days = $5,000
• Referral pay increased to $5,000:
• First load = $1,000
• 90 Days = $1,000
• 120 Days = $1,500
• 180 Days = $1,500

Pay Structure Options:

• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay plus OD pay and annual $0.01 CPM tenure increase
• OR 27% of line haul

Additional Benefits:

• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (30 days - 2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Requirements:

1. 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
2. Flatbed experience within the past three years
3. No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in three years
4. No DUI in the past 10 years
5. Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
