Montgomery Transport offers flexibility with various commodities and lanes, allowing you to select your preferred pay structure: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers with steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with earning potential of $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

Pay

• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR choose 27% of line haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience within the past three years
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
