Earn Experience Without Running the Western States
Qualified CDL-A trainees can enter through paid road training and move into an Eastern dry van operation running from Indiana and Illinois toward the Southeast.
Drivers handle dry van freight with a combination of drop-and-hook, live loading, live unloading and preloaded trailers. Both day and night driving may be required, with weekend work based on operations.
Paid road training lasts approximately 3-5 weeks and includes 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Indiana trainee pay is $850 per week. Orientation is no more than two days and pays $300 upon hire.
