Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL-A Regional Driver Trainee to begin with paid road training and progress into a dry van role across the Southwest and West. Trainees will operate Freightliner tractors on regional lanes and earn a weekly pay between $1,200 and $1,500 after training.
During the trainee period, Arizona pay is $850/week with orientation pay at hire. Home time is every two weeks, with some 34-hour resets; routes include day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualified CDL-A trainees can start with paid road training, then move into a dry van position that stays closer to the western home region while running major lanes across Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico and California.
The trainee stage runs approximately 3-5 weeks for 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Arizona trainee pay is $850 per week. Orientation is no more than two days; $300 is paid upon hire.
Home time is every two weeks, with some 34-hour resets at home. Drivers must be available for day/night driving, weekends and some holidays.
