THE MONEY
- Weekly Gross: $1,300 $1,500 average ($1,800 top earner potential)
- Base CPM: $0.55 up to $0.65 CPM (Based on verifiable experience; recent grads start at $0.55 CPM post-training)
- Orientation Pay: $300 bonus on your first check (1-day orientation with paid travel & hotel)
- Weekly Volume: Steady 1,700 to 2,300 miles per week
ROUTE & FREIGHT
- 100% No-Touch Dry Van: 70% Drop & Hook (Back in, hook up, hit the road)
- Lanes: Regional runs strictly East of I-35 (NO NYC or outer borough driving)
- Pet & Rider Policy: Bring your buddy along starts on Day 1
PAID TRAINING (FOR RECENT GRADUATES)
- 4 to 6 weeks of paid, hands-on road training with a top veteran mentor
- Run real freight and earn full pay while completing your training
- Requires graduation from an accredited CDL school (120+ verified hours)

- Late-Model Fleet: 2022+ Freightliners and Kenworths (100% Automatic)
- Take-Home Rig: Permanently assigned trucks (NO slip-seating) that you park at home

QUALIFICATIONS
- Age 21+ with a valid Class A CDL in good standing
- Experienced Drivers: 6+ months of tractor-trailer time
- Recent Graduates: 120+ hour accredited CDL program certificate

- Must pass full DOT/FMCSA compliance and pre-employment drug screening
