Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking new CDL holders around New Orleans for paid training followed by OTR driving. You will earn mileage pay plus $15 per stop, with weekly direct deposit and a route that includes 1,800–2,900 miles per week.

After 30 days, benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription, 401(k), ESOP, paid time off, and annual raises. Assigned late-model trucks and 24/7 dispatch support are provided.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL from home state; 21+ years old.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years.
• DOT physical and a hair/urine drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes with mileage pay plus $15 per stop.
• Operate on a mix of routes; home time every two weeks.

No. You're paid while you train one‑on‑one with an experienced mentor.

What do I earn once I'm solo?

$1,200 to $1,800 a week, about $62,400 to $93,600 a year. That comes from mileage pay plus $15 per stop, on 1,800 to 2,900 miles a week. Paid weekly by direct deposit.

Where do I drive?

OTR lanes east of Denver, minus the Northeast. A mix of drop‑and‑hook, live load, live unload and preloads.

How often am I home?

Every two weeks.

Do I get my own truck?

Yes. An assigned late‑model automatic or 10‑speed, about 1.5 years old, with 24/7 dispatch.
