American Driver LLC is offering paid training for new CDL holders to start an over-the-road career. After training, drivers earn $1,200 to $1,800 per week with mileage pay and per-stop incentives.

You’ll drive OTR routes, with home time every two weeks and an assigned late‑model truck with 24/7 dispatch support. Benefits begin after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, a 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and annual raises.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL from your home state; 21 or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical and a hair and urine drug screen
