Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking qualified drivers to join our fleet. Your first year includes training with a mentor and a weekly pay of $850, with a guaranteed $1,000 per week during the first 3 months solo, and home every two weeks.

Route focus is up and down the eastern seaboard, with dry van, drop and hook, and live loads. We offer benefits after 30 days and opportunities such as a 401k, stock purchase plan, and the option for free online college for you and one dependent, plus riders after

Job description

Your first year sets up your whole career. Spend it with a fleet that pays $850 a week in training, guarantees $1,000 a week your first 3 months solo, and brings you home every two weeks.

First Weeks

• 4 to 6 weeks of training with a mentor
• $850 per week
• Orientation is 2 days or less with $300 orientation pay

Running Solo

• $0.55 per mile to start, plus a cent each year to $0.65
• Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,500
• Around 2,500 miles a week
• $15 stop pay and performance bonus

Lanes

• Up and down the eastern seaboard
• Loads don't go too far west
• Dry van, drop and hook plus live loads

Requirements

• 21 or older, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours CDL school
• No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months, or 12 months in 5 years
• Military considered with DD214
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
• Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable employment
