Job summary

Flint Logistics in Dover, DE is seeking CDL-A drivers for no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook operations. Enjoy weekly home time with a 34-hour reset and reliable, regional lanes.

You'll work with late-model automatic tractors (Freightliner, Volvo, Peterbilt) equipped with APUs and inverters. Orientation is paid with travel, meals and lodging, and we offer full benefits plus dedicated driver support.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 6 months CDL-A experience within the last 24 months, or 1 year within the last 3 years.
• Experience with 48-foot or longer trailers.
• Current DOT physical or ability to obtain one.

Pay & Orientation

Drivers earn $1,350–$1,525 per week while hauling dependable no-touch freight across established lanes. Orientation is designed to make the transition simple with transportation provided by flight or rental car, meals included during onboarding, and $1,000 paid upon successful completion of orientation.
