Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking drivers for regional dry-van freight with 5–5.5 days out and weekly home time. You’ll run southwestern routes with consistent mileage and no-touch loads on most runs.

This full-time W2 position offers competitive pay including weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500, cents-per-mile on all miles, detention & breakdown pay at $20/hour, and a strong benefits package. Take-home truck privileges are included during weekly home time.

Job description

This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay, modern equipment, and operational support you need to succeed.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
