Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking drivers for a regional fleet offering consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight. You’ll drive dry van with 70% drop-and-hook and enjoy modern equipment.

Weekly earnings range from $1,075 to $1,200 with full benefits, paid vacation, and a 401(k) match. A valid CDL A and at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience are required, along with DOT safety and screening tests.

Job description

This role offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-supported regional fleet. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide the support you need to succeed.

Pay & Home Time

• Weekly Earnings: $1,075 - $1,200 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out)
• Reset: 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Stability: Consistent miles, steady freight, and predictable regional scheduling

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: Approximately 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload)
• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available
• Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year
