Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Complete training and receive Class A CDL in 6 months or less.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels, instructions, and bills of lading.
• Communicate with customers, management, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Learn essential functions of the Driver job including distribution to various customer locations.
• Operate tractor-trailer safely and in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Inspect equipment and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Document deliveries and product temperatures with the Driver Delivery Handheld.
• Ride with a Driver Trainer to gain knowledge of regulations and truck operation.
• Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations.
• Assist the Driver in unloading and delivering products to customer premises.
