Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking drivers for a refrigerated lane-based role with home time about every two weeks. Training pays $850 per week for 4–6 weeks, then a $1,000 per week guarantee for 3 months after solo dispatch, and average weekly pay of $1,300–$1,500 with $25 stop pay.

Training includes an orientation and mentoring, lodging covered. Qualified applicants hold a valid CDL-A, are at least 21, and meet the minimum CDL school hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+, 120 hours CDL school minimum.
• New drivers welcome; experienced: 6 months in last 12 or 12 months in last 5 years.
• Military considered with DD214.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious ones in 12 months.
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years.
• Pass hair and urine testing, 3 years verifiable work history.
