Job summary

American Driver LLC is seeking CDL A drivers who just finished school or have experience. The role focuses on refrigerated freight with consistent weekly pay and home time every two weeks.

You’ll earn $650 during training, then a guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months solo, with average weekly pay around $1,300–$1,500 and a monthly performance bonus. Lifestyle on the road includes late-model Freightliners, pets and riders after training, and orientation pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A and be 21+ years old.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school training.
• Trainees welcome; 6 months OTR in last 12 months or 12 months in last 5 years for experienced drivers.
• No major violations in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated loads, 1,900–2,500 solo miles per week.
• Drive only; no unloading; freight handled by company.
• Home every two weeks.

Pay You Can Count On

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+, 120 hours minimum CDL school
• Trainees welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 or 12 months in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious violations in 12 months
• No major preventable accidents in 5 years
• No DUI/DWI within 5 to 10 years depending on CDL date
• Hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable employment
