NIS EXPRESS in Inverness, FL is hiring CDL-A drivers for OTR routes with 2024+ equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a home-time schedule you can plan your life around.

Too many OTR jobs put you in a different truck every trip and call it flexibility. We do it differently: one truck, assigned to you, for as long as you're driving for us.

We're hiring CDL-A drivers in the Inverness Highlands North, FL area for OTR routes running 2024 and newer equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a home-time schedule you can plan your life around. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome.

PAY

• $1,400 to $1,600 average weekly gross after training
• Top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross
• Pay scales with CPM, miles driven, and performance
• Direct deposit every week

EQUIPMENT

• 2024 and newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission
• One truck, assigned to you, no slip seating
• Take it home during your scheduled days off
• 100% no-touch, dry van freight only

HOME TIME

• 14 days out
• 2 full days home

TRAINING

• $300 orientation pay, plus transportation to orientation covered
• New CDL-A holders: $850/week average weekly gross during a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (about 200 to 250 hours hands-on)
• Experienced drivers move straight into solo operations if requirements are met

REQUIREMENTS

• 21 years or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements

EXPERIENCE

• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
