Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) in Rice, MN is hiring CDL-A drivers to start immediately. You’ll operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks on local and interstate routes, with early dispatch five days a week and potential night layovers. Company-paid hotel accommodations and a food stipend are provided.

Minimum pay is $320 per day plus incentives; average annual earnings are around $100,000. Benefits start day one, including health and wellness benefits, stock purchase plan, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 6+ months commercial driving.
• Valid CDL-A.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid DOT Health Card or able to secure new one.
• Able to hand-lift and move freight up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers and co-workers professionally and timely.
• Drives to deliver orders according to the route schedule.
• Unloads products and ensures proper sign-off from customers.
• Performs safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and legibly.
