American Driver LLC in Hemet, CA is seeking CDL-A drivers for dry-van runs west of the Mississippi. It offers weekly pay, with guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first three months solo and performance bonuses up to per-mile incentives.
Routes are mostly shorter hauls returning toward Southern California. Training is provided if needed; you’ll need 120 hours of CDL-A schooling, be at least 21, and pass a DOT medical and drug screen.
Most runs finish in three days or less. You stay west of the Mississippi. You get your own truck, a weekly paycheck and $1,000 a week guaranteed for your first three months solo.
This fleet runs out of Jurupa Valley and covers every state west of the Mississippi. Loads are mostly shorter hauls that bring you back toward Southern California. If you want longer runs past the Mississippi, you can ask for them. Nobody will force you.
Home every two weeks. Holidays can be worked out with your driver leader.
Dry van. Loads come in different types: drop and hook, live loads, and some unload work like pallet jack, tailgate or assist. Expect some winter driving in the mountains.
You don't need road experience, just a CDL-A school certificate of at least 120 hours. Training takes 3 to 5 weeks (200 to 250 hours) with a mentor, and you're paid during it. Then you get your own truck in this fleet.
You want short runs, steady pay and a real start in trucking. This seat gives you all three.
