Qualifications

3–5+ years of successful CDL-A driver recruiting experience.
Strong understanding of commercial trucking operations and driver qualifications.
Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations and pre-employment screening procedures.
Experience recruiting through Indeed, social media, and direct sourcing.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment of CDL-A drivers and owner-operators for the company.
Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current staffing and future fleet growth.
Conduct initial screens and interviews assessing driving experience, safety records, and equipment knowledge.
Coordinate pre-employment steps: background checks, driving records, drug testing, onboarding.
