You will source, screen, interview, and manage full-cycle recruiting from initial contact through onboarding, maintain ATS records, build a strong candidate pipeline, and collaborate with operations to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in driver recruiting or transportation staffing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, DAT or TenStreet.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate records.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified CDL A driver candidates.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to understand hiring needs and driver requirements.
• Verify DOT compliance, MVR records, and driver qualification files.
• Develop and maintain relationships with driving schools, referral networks, and industry contacts.
