You will connect qualified commercial drivers with opportunities and support the backbone of our supply chain. This role emphasizes candidate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees are a plus.
• Prior experience in driver recruiting or trucking staffing preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit CDL Class A drivers.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from contact to onboarding.
• Maintain ATS with accurate candidate records.
• Build a strong pipeline of driver candidates.
• Coordinate with operations to understand hiring needs.
• Verify DOT compliance and driver qualification files.
• Develop relationships with driving schools and referral networks.

Freight Hub LLC is looking for a driven and motivated CDL A Driver Recruiter to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you'll play a critical part in connecting talented commercial drivers with exciting opportunities while helping fuel the backbone of our nation's supply chain. Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and cold outreach
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, experience, and fit
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial contact through onboarding
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate records
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified CDL A driver candidates
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to understand hiring needs and driver requirements
• Verify DOT compliance, MVR records, and driver qualification files
• Develop and maintain relationships with driving schools, referral networks, and industry contacts

Requirements:

• Prior experience in driver recruiting, transportation staffing, or trucking industry recruiting preferred
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, CDL requirements, and driver qualification standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, DAT, or TenStreet
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
