Job summary

CFS in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for CDL driver positions. You will source, screen, interview, and qualify transportation candidates, building pipelines through job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.

You will coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and documentation while partnering with hiring managers to hit staffing goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
