Job summary

American Driver LLC is hiring CDL-A school grads for an OTR dry van route based in Sulphur, LA and nearby areas. Training pays $650 a week, with solo drivers averaging $1,200 to $1,800 weekly and home every two weeks.

New grads are hired regularly; training lasts 3–5 weeks with a mentor. You receive a 1.5-year-old truck, automatic or 10-speed, and earn via mileage, stops, and a monthly bonus. Orientation is quick, with lodging covered.

Qualifications

• 21 or older, Class A CDL
• New grad or 6 months recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years
• DOT physical, hair and urine drug screen

Responsibilities

• You haul dry van freight with 1,800 to 2,900 miles per week on a route from Denver east, with home time every two weeks.
• Weekly pay components include a base plus per-stop and mile-based earnings, plus a monthly performance bonus.
• Orientation is short, hotel covered, and initial hire bonus earned after joining.
